Pinpoint is committed to ensuring our platform is accessible to all users. We follow WCAG 2.1 guidelines and continuously work to improve accessibility.

Keyboard Navigation
- All functions are accessible via keyboard.
- Clear focus indicators.
- Logical tab order.

Screen Reader Support
- ARIA labels for interactive elements.
- Meaningful heading structure.
- Alternative text for images.
- Clear error messages.
- Status updates for dynamic content.
Visual Design
- High contrast color schemes.
- Resizable text.
- Clear visual hierarchy.
- Consistent navigation.
- No reliance on color alone for information.
Known Limitations
We are actively working to address the following accessibility challenges:
- Some legacy features may not be fully keyboard accessible.
- Complex data tables may be challenging for screen readers.
- Some dynamic content updates may not be announced by screen readers.
Feedback and Support
If you encounter accessibility issues:
- Report them through our bug reporting form.
- Include details about:
- Your assistive technology.
- The specific problem.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
